Duration: 90-minutes
Cost $450 incl. GST
10% discount for entry-level/graduate clients or for clients currently not working
Our signature Career Coaching session is a 90-minute session to identify your ‘best fit’ careers based on the four key pillars; personality type, strengths, interests, and values so that you too can find a fulfilling career.
The consultation includes a discussion about your career to date and a debrief of the Career Magnifier Assessment, which is completed before the session. This session is suitable for individuals up to Manager level who are currently:
- feeling stuck in their current career or job
- considering a career change but don’t know where to start
- seeking more fulfilment at work
- seeking career development within their current role
- seeking advice on entering/re-entering the Australian job market
This session may include discussion around the following depending on your requirements and specific situation:
- identify key transferable skills/strengths
- identify potential career options to research further
- assess any skill or knowledge gaps
- explore opportunities to upskill
- discuss career transition strategies
Following the session, you will receive a detailed Strategy Plan including suggested next steps and detailed information on the careers shortlisted in the session to save you hours of research.
Clients looking for further support after this session can pay for ad-hoc 30 or 60-minute sessions or can upgrade to the Relaunch Your Career Program or the Career Transition Program.
What does Career Coaching include?
This session involves completion of the Career Magnifier online career assessments prior to the consultation. The insights from these reports will then be discussed during the consultation. These sessions are tailored to each individual, but may include discussion around any or all of the following:
You will also receive a Strategy Plan after the session including suggested next steps and detailed information about careers shortlisted in the session saving you hours of research time.

Follow-up coaching sessions can be booked at $295 incl. GST per hour.
We have coaches currently based in Melbourne, Sydney and the Sunshine Coast. All our coaching and writing work can also be conducted online via Zoom.
