  • A face-to-face consultation (in Melbourne only) or phone consultation of main duration approximately 30 – 45 mins duration to draw out key strengths, skills, personality attributes and achievements.
  • A black and white, or coloured, modern resume design that ensures that your resume gets the attention of recruiters and potential employers and is appropriate for your specific industry and level of seniority.
  • The opportunity to review two draft versions in a 2 week period before receiving the final version.
  • A tailored professional resume in Word (email) and PDF (print) format.

Our cover letter writing service includes:

  • A professional, well-written cover letter in the same style and format as your resume
  • A cover letter tailored to your ideal role highlighting key skills and experience

Our Key Selection Criteria writing service includes:

  • Our resume writers will request specific examples from you in written basic point form
  • From this they will develop a well-written response highlighting how you have successfully demonstrated the competency in the past and how successful you were.

NB. This service does not involve the writer thinking of relevant examples for you. However, if you need assistance with choosing relevant examples, we can assist you with this in a separate coaching session.

Document Revisions

All fees quoted include up to 2 revisions of your first draft (based on your original discussions with the resume writer).

All revisions must be requested within 2 weeks from the date of receiving your first draft.

Any further revisions will incur an additional fee.

If you do not respond within the 2-week time frame, our resume writers will assume that you are satisfied with the draft resume received and that you require no further revisions.

Working Timeframe

We have a 7-10 working day turnaround for all writing services from the date when all information has been received by the resume writer unless otherwise agreed in the initial quote.

If you require a shorter turnaround time, an express fee of 30% of the total quote will be applied.
