The Relaunch Your Career Program

The Relaunch Your Career Program is our signature coaching program designed for individuals serious about relaunching their career and is designed for the following people:

  • Individuals who have been in the same role/organisation for a long tenure and lack confidence commencing their job search;
  • Individuals who have been out of work for an extended period;
  • Individuals who feel that they need a big career overhaul;
  • Mums, dads or carers ready to relaunch their career 

The program includes four coaching sessions with one of our coaches and working with one of our highly experienced resume writers to develop a tailored and keyword-optimised resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile to ensure that you stand out from the crowd. You will also receive extensive exercises and resources PLUS additional SOS calls between sessions to keep you on track.

This program will give you direction AND the confidence, skills and resources to make it happen.

The Relaunch Your Career program includes the following:

Professionally written Resume, Cover Letter and LinkedIn Profile tailored for your ideal role including a Phone/Zoom consultation with our experienced resume writer (please note that an additional charge of $150 is required for Executive level resumes)

As mothers of young children, we have been in your position, and we understand the challenges of relaunching your career after an extended break from full-time work or spending too long in the one role.

  1. This program is designed to give you a second chance at finding a career that you really want, not a career that you ‘just fell into’, pursued to please someone else, or persisted with purely to pay the bills.
  2. This program will give you greater clarity in regard to your values, interests, skills, and strengths. Believe us, they are still there somewhere!
  3. This program does not to need to be completed within a particular timeframe, but we recommend completing the program within 2-4 months for optimal results.
  4. It will also give you the confidence and courage to get back into the real world to begin your relaunch journey
