Career Transition Program

The ultimate Career Transition Program is for individuals serious about making their career change happen but are aware that the change may need to happen over time. This program is for you if you are prepared to do the work, trust the process and put yourself out of your comfort zone. This program will take you through the three key stages required for a successful career transition including:
Stage 1 – Self-Assessment
Stage 2 – Research and Experimentation
Stage 3 – Taking Action
This program is NOT for you if you are not prepared to do the work and exercises/activities between sessions. As a coach we can support you but we can not do the work for you.
1 x 90 min Career Coaching strategy session (including completion of the Career Magnifier Personality and Interests Assessments) to identify careers aligned to your personality, interests and values whilst also considering your field of study and future career goals
2 x 60-minute follow-up coaching sessions to delve into your shortlisted careers and to plan career experiments to test and validate these potential pathways
Professionally written resume, cover letter and LinkedIn Profile tailored for your idea industry including a consultation with one of our highly experienced resume writers
1 x Strengths Coaching session to identify your signature strengths including completion of the Strengths Profile assessment
Skills Assessment to identify preferred and transferable skills
15-minute SOS calls between sessions to brainstorm ideas, discuss what is or isn’t working and to keep you moving forward
