This is a flexible program, which can be tailored to your specific needs and industry, and is designed specifically for small to medium businesses that have minimal internal HR support. The facilitators are highly experienced recruiters with extensive experience using behavioural interview techniques.
Design and delivery of a 3hr In-Person Workshop or 2 hr Webinar for Hiring Managers
We would design and deliver a Workshop or Webinar to introduce Hiring Managers to the following:
- How to identify the key success areas for a position
- Introduce a thorough, consistent and effective approach to interviewing
- Ensure accurate representation of the employment value proposition (EVP) throughout the interview process
- Introduce behavioural interviewing techniques (the ‘STAR’ method) to validate experience, motivation and cultural fit
- Using the position description to determine interview questions
- Introduction to ‘best practice’ interview structure and content
- Introduction to Candidate Assessment Tool
- Suggested structure and content of a behavioural interview
Workshops can be delivered face-to-face in Melbourne/Brisbane/Sunshine Coast at client premises or via Zoom / Webinar to clients based interstate or overseas.
