Recent results:
In the most recent FRNSW round (June 2025), 20 out of 21 clients coached by Relaunch Me passed the panel interview (95% success rate).
In the most recent FRV round – Feb 2025, 30 out of the 35 clients coached by Relaunch Me passed the interview (85% success rate). 100% of clients who invested in the 5-session individual coaching package were successful.
In the most recent QFD round – September 2024, 35 out of the 38 clients coached by Relaunch Me were successful (92% success rate).
We have also had a 100% success rate for all paramedic students coached this year for Ambulance Victoria.
Our Emergency Services Interview Coaching service is tailored to the service that you are applying for and includes fire services (all States in Australia and New Zealand and including ARFF (Aviation)), paramedicine (Graduate, MICA, off-road and senior leadership/operational roles), police (VicPol, PSO, AFP – Recruit, Sergeant, Snr Sergeant) and Customs/Australian Border Force.
Individual sessions, group coaching programs and mock interviews are available.

Services that we have successfully coached clients for are as follows:
Fire Services – Fire Rescue Victoria (FRV), Queensland Fire Service (QFES), Department of Fire & Emergency Services (DFES), South Australian Metropolitan Fire Service (SAFMS), Tasmania Fire Service (TFS), ACT Fire & Rescue (ACTF&R) and Air Services/Aviation (ARFF).

Coaching Session Options:
Interview Coaching Session
This session is a 60-min coaching session tailored for the service that you are preparing for based on the core capabilities and values, as well as past questions.
These sessions are tailored to the individual and will focus on preparing to respond to both general and behavioural interview questions, in particular, developing robust STAR examples based on your specific experience.
These sessions are for you if you want to give these interviews your absolute best and are prepared to put in the hard work after the session.
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and recorded for future reference. A written summary of the interview coaching session will also be emailed after the session.
$395 incl. GST
Mock Interview
Follow-up coaching sessions or Mock Interviews can also be conducted to similate the panel interview.
We recommend that a Mock Interview is scheduled following at least one interview coaching session.
The Mock Interview will include 40-minutes of questions based on questions from previous rounds for that particular service.
At the conclusion of the interview, detailed feedback will be provided on where responses can be improved.
All coaching sessions are recorded on Zoom for future reference and you will also receive a summary of the session.

FRV Group Coaching Package (2026)
This 4-session FRV Group Coaching Program is designed to prepare clients only for the FRV panel interview in 2026.
Each coaching session will be 60 minutes in duration and will be conducted in a group of no more than 12 people.
Coaching session dates for 2026:
Monday 31st August / Tuesday 1st September
Monday 7th September / Tuesday 8th September
All sessions are conducted in the evening, commencing at 7.30 pm AEST.
Once you have registered and paid, you will receive detailed preparation work based on FRV’s core capabilities and values and past questions. In the sessions, we will work on your interview technique and discuss examples that will work for your specific experience.
In these sessions, I will share a decade of knowledge coaching clients for this demanding panel interview and I will teach you how to stand out from the crowd.
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and will be recorded, so if you miss a session, you can refer back to it later.
$795 incl. GST
Individual Interview Coaching Package
This individual coaching program is for clients preparing for any of the fire services in Australia or New Zealand and includes 3 x 60-minute individual interview coaching sessions plus 1 x 60-minute Mock Interview.
In these sessions, we will brainstorm examples and work through responses for all the key capabilities and values of the fire service that you are preparing for. We will work on your interview technique and workshop STAR/STARLA examples based on your specific experience.
In these sessions, I will share a decade of knowledge coaching clients for these demanding panel interviews and I will teach you how to stand out from the crowd.
Once the first session is booked, you will receive detailed preparation work that we will work through over the course of your program.
All sessions are conducted on Zoom and recorded for future reference.
You will also receive a written summary of the interview coaching session after the session with action items.
Value – saving of $130 with an upfront payment of the package.
